Brooks B17 Champion Standard Black Leather Saddle. 投稿日：2015年08月14日 更新日：2018年1月28日 投稿者:いね, BROOKSのサドルは様々なラインナップがあるので、初めて買おうと思っている方は結構混乱される方も多いようです。今回は主力シリーズのB17をピックアップしてその違いをリスト化してみした。興味のある方は参考にしてみてください。, B17には、上でもご紹介したように多数のラインナップがあります。ここではその中でも特に人気の高いスタンダードとスペシャルの2種類を比較していきます。値段でいえば、スペシャルの方が5000円ほど高めに設定されています。その違いは何なのでしょうか？, 左がスペシャルの銅鋲。右がスタンダードの鉄鋲です。この「鉄」か「銅」かで製作工程は全然違うんです。通常のスタンダードの鉄鋲は、効率を重視して機械でプレスして鋲が打たれてますが、スペシャルタイプはなんと手打ち。それもこの鋲打ち工程に携われるのは、工場内でも2人のスペシャリストだけしかいないそうなんです。当然、手作業ですから時間もかかります。スタンダードと比べてスペシャルはなんと25倍もの時間をかけて作られいるそうです。25倍！。この数字に価値を感じるかは人それぞれですが、私の場合、この話を聞いてから銅鋲を見つめた途端、もの凄い高級品に見えてしまうという、超絶ミーハーっぷりを発揮したのでした。ちなみにサドルの寿命においても銅鋲の方が柔らかく革を痛めないため長く使えるんです。個人的には、ハンマー打痕がある銅鋲がなんとも味わい深くて大好きです。手作業の象徴の様な気もしますしね。, 上がスペシャル。下がクラシック。スペシャルのサイド部分にカット加工が施されているのが分かると思います。当然これも2人しかいない職人さんによってカットされてるんですよ。特段カットされているからといって性能面で変化があるわけではないですが、いいアクセントになっています。もう一つは、レールの違いです。スタンダードは黒スチールで、スペシャルはスチールに銅メッキ加工されてます。銅は酸化しますので、使っていくうちに良い感じに変色してきます。それがまたサドルの個性になるんですね。, レザーは水に弱く、基本的には雨天走行はNGです。型崩れしてしまいますからね。しかし、そうもいってられないシチュエーションは出てきます。そういう非常時はレインカバーを使用するのですが、スペシャルには標準で付属してきます。ありがたい心配りですね。ちなみに、純正のレインカバーは1000円ほどで購入することができますよ。, 以上、スペシャルとスタンダードの違いをいくつかピックアップしてみました。BROOKSサドルはB17以外にも色々なモデルがありますので、自分の理想に合ったものを見つけるのは大変だと思います。店頭に来ていただければアドバイスできますので、悩まれてる方はぜひご来店くださいね。また、現在トライレザーキャンペーン実施中ですので、購入のきっかけにしていただければと思います。, OPEN：10時〜20時 土・日・祝：10時〜18時 Condition is "Used". 楽天å¸å ´-ãbrooks b17 standardã56件 人æ°ã®ååãä¾¡æ ¼æ¯è¼ã»ã©ã³ãã³ã°ï½¥ã¬ãã¥ã¼ã»å£ã³ãã§æ¤è¨ã§ãã¾ãããè³¼å
